This is a difficult question to answer because homes can vary with many different features. With lot prices different from one area to another that must be factored in separately.
The very generalized answer is $150/sq ft for a basic house design with limited special features. The lot price and the well and septic must be factored in addition.
What Is The Construction Time Frame?
From the time the permits are in place it usually takes 90-120 days.
What Is The Payment Schedule?
We usually require $40,000 deposit which to guarantee the Tarion Warranty. The balance due upon completion.
What Is The Warranty?
It is a 2 year builder warranty and a 5 year Tarion warranty.
Can We Buy A Lot And Build Our Own Home?
For a very limited time in late 2008 and early 2009, a few lots will be available for sale.
