Drew Custom Homes has been a member of Tarion Warranty since 1982. My father, George Drew, started developing land in the 1970's and then started building homes in 1982. I started building homes in 1989 creating a company called Ian Drew Enterprises Ltd.
Currently we have two developments underway. One in the Village of Osgoode which is the final Phase of Fairfield Estates. We acquired Phase 3 of Fairfield Estates in early 2008. The second development in the Village of Hallville.
Both developments should be paved and ready for building permits in the summer of 2009.
